Every-day Moment
As we relaxed in the boat taking us back to Mumbai, we got to know each other better. The little girl next to me leaned over to tell me something.
"When I was little, I prayed for chewing gum." Thinking that I hadn't understood, she repeated with hand motions. "When I was small (hands showing how small she was), I prayed (hands in praying position) for chewing gum."
This was a girl who's Daddy was our tour guide for the day. She was having fun being gifted gum from some of the girls in our group. I was surprised yet excited how God even hears prayers about chewing gum. We really are His beloved children!
